然後把信用咭 PAYPAL 之付款確認頁面掃描或拍照後，

(1) 凡訂購"C1" -《 2019「夢想．家」精裝版畫集 》者，請以高解像度300dpi之jpeg檔 (學生相、證件相或生活照，必須近距離，頭部要大為佳) ; 以電郵提交參賽者照片至 dc.icehk@gmail.com，檔案請以參賽者姓名及參賽編號命名 (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678)
(2) 所有費用收妥後，本會將於約1個月內以電郵回覆作確認，如逾期仍未收到確認書，請致電 (852)2646-2647 / WhatsApp (852)9255-2531查詢
(3) 如 閣下提供之資料有誤，本會恕不負責 ; 如欲補發「獎狀」者，需附加行政費HKD70/USD10

Payment:
(1)Hong Kong Participant : Payment by Cheque
The crossed cheque together with the application form should be sent to "3/F, Toi Shan Centre, 128 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong" by mail. Cheque Payee: ICEHK CONSULTANT LTD., Please mark down the (1) Name of the participant, (2) Participant number and (3) Contact tel. no. at the back of the cheque with photograph (if applicable).
Please mark: 2019 "Home Sweet Home" The 10th International Drawing Competition on the envelop.
(2)Overseas Participants: Payment by Credit Card - PAYPAL in USD
Sign in ICEHK URL www.ice.org.hk for credit card payment by PAYPAL. On completion of the payment, please send a copy or photo of the payment confirmation page together with the application form to ICEHK by e-mail at dc.icehk@gmail.com. Please use the name of the participant and the participant reference number (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678) as the subject of the e-mail.
Note:
- For those who have ordered "item C1" – 2019 "Home Sweet Home" Artwork Collection Album, please send the participant's photo (4cm x 5cm) or send a jpeg file (resolution of 300dpi) with the name of the participant and the participant reference number (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678) as file name by email to dc.icehk@gmail.com.
- Upon receipt of the fees, an e-mail will be to confirm payment within a month. If you do not receive a payment confirmation e-mail within 6 weeks, please contact us at (852) 2646-2647.
- Please ensure the information that you provide to us is correct and we will not take any responsibility as the items are printed in accordance with the provided information. An administrative cost of HKD 70/USD 10 will be charged if a replacement certificate "item B" is required.
- In case of any dispute, ICEHK has the final resolution
- All fees are non-refundable
- ICEHK will not be responsible for any document lapses from the delivery failure caused by post
