請以高解像度300dpi之jpeg檔
( 學生相、證件相或生活照，必須近距離，頭部要大為佳 ) ;

檔案請以參賽者姓名及參賽編號命名 ( e.g. Wong Tai Man 123456 )
(2) 所有費用收妥後，本會將於約1個月內以電郵回覆作確認，如逾期仍未收到確認書，

The crossed cheque together with the application form should be sent to "16/F, Toi Shan Centre, 128 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong" by mail. Cheque Payee: ICEHK CONSULTANT LTD., Please mark down the
(1) Name of the Participant, (2) Participant Number and (3) Contact Tel.
Please mark: 2022 "Brave Wonderland" The 13th International Drawing Competition on the envelope.
(2)Overseas Participants: Payment by Credit Card - PAYPAL in USD
Sign in ICEHK URL www.ice.org.hk for credit card payment by PAYPAL. On completion of the payment, please send a copy or photo of the payment confirmation page together with the application form to ICEHK by e-mail at dc.icehk@gmail.com. Please use the (1) Name of the Participant and the (2) Participant Number (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678) as the subject of the e-mail.
Note:
- Upon receipt of the fees, an e-mail will be to confirm payment within a month. If you do not receive a payment confirmation e-mail within 6 weeks, please contact us at (852)2646-2647.
- Please ensure the information that you provide to us is correct and we will not take any responsibility as the items are printed in accordance with the provided information. An administrative cost of HKD 100/USD 12 will be charged if a replacement certificate "item B" is required.
- For those who have ordered “item F” – 2022 "Brave Wonderland" Crystal Stand, please send the participant's photo of a jpeg file (resolution of 300dpi) with the name of the participant and the participant reference number (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678) as file name by email to dc.icehk@gmail.com.
- In case of any dispute, ICEHK has the final resolution
- All fees are non-refundable
- ICEHK will not be responsible for any document lapses from the delivery failure caused by post
