Payment
(1) Hong Kong Participants: Payment by Cheque
The crossed cheque together with this application form shall be sent to "3/F, Toi Shan Centre, 128 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong"
by mail.

Please mark: 2017 "Be Yourself" Drawing Competition (Asia Pacific) on the envelop.
Note:
- For those who have ordered item C – 2017 "Be Yourself" Artwork Collection Album, please also send the participant's photo (4cm x 5cm) or send a jpeg file (resolution of 300dpi) with the name of the participant and the participant number (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678) as file name by email to dc.icehk@gmail.com.
- Please mark down the (1) Name of the participant, (2) Participant number and (3) Contact tel. no. at the back of the cheque and photograph (if applicable).
(2) Overseas Participants: Payment by Credit Card - PAYPAL in USD
Sign in ICEHK www.ice.org.hk for credit card payment by PAYPAL.
On completion of the payment, please send the copy or photo of the payment confirmation page together with this application form to ICEHK by email at dc.icehk@gmail.com. Please use the name of the participant and the participant number (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678) as the subject of the e-mail.
For those who have ordered item C – 2017 "Be Yourself" Artwork Collection Album, please also send a jpeg file (resolution of 300dpi) with the name of the participant and the participant number (e.g. Wong Tai Man 45678) as file name.
Precautions:
- Upon receipt of the fees, we will send an e-mail to confirm payment received in one month time. If you have not received the payment confirmation e-mail in one-and-a-half-month time, please contact us at (852) 2646-2647.
- Please ensure the information that you provide to us are correct and we will not take any responsibility as the items are printed in accordance with the provided information. An administrative cost
of HKD 50 / USD 10 will be charged if a replacement certificate (item B) is required.
